Overview

This TAMIYA R/C model recreates the ALL-NEW 2019 Toyota Supra. The Supra has not been in production since 2002 and Toyota has brought it back thanks to a collaborative effort with BMW. The chassis, drivetrain, and engine are based on the BMW Z4. The body and suspension tuning were developed by Toyota to give the Supra a distinctive and classic Toyota sporty feel. Tamiya has faithfully recreated the Supra for radio control enthusiasts with a polycarbonate body that captures the sleek lines and it sits on top the easy to build and drive TT-02 chassis.

TT-02: Adaptable, Balanced Shaft Driven 4WD. The shaft-driven 4WD TT-02 chassis employs a longitudinal layout with the battery on the left and the motor on the right, to give excellent stability. In addition, it features identical left and right suspension arms and uprights for ease of assembly, plus easy-to-maintain gearboxes. The Tamiya Subaru BRZ R&D Sport 2014 1/10 4WD Electric Touring Car Kit has been faithfully reproduced in 1/10 scale on the TT-02 entry level touring car chassis. The TT-02 chassis platform is the successor to the TT-01 as it incorporates many features to make it even easier for the R/C builder to assemble and learn from. The TT-02 chassis performs well as cornering and overall speed has been enhanced to take advantage of electronics available on the market. In addition to the TT-02 being an ideal platform to start from, R/C hobbyists can expand its potential by adding many of the Ho-Up-Options available to increase the cars speed and performance.

This is a replica of the R&D Sport-run Subaru BRZ, a car entered in the GT300 class of the Japanese Super GT series. While the car retains the general atmosphere of the road-going BRZ, it has been significantly modified for the racing series, with a racy wide and low form. Subaru’s motorsports arm STI tuned the 2-liter 4-cylinder boxer, which has an output of 350ps and impressive torque of 45kgf·m. The car enjoyed positive progress in the 2014 season with a number of promising qualifying performances leading to improved results later in the year. This model recreates the car as it appeared in Round 2 of the season in Fuji.

    This is a Tamiya 1/10 Motul Autech GT-R 4WD Electric Touring Car Kit on the TT-02 Chassis. The 2014 spec car won the Super GT Series GT500 class championship and is looking to capture a second championship in 2015. With Super GT and the popular DTM (German Touring Car Masters) working on bringing their regulations in line with one another, Super GT appears set to garner even more attention, and Tamiya's R/C replica allows fans of the series to enjoy racing on parking lots or prepared circuits.     Tamiya has faithfully reproduced this sleek racing machine in 1/10 scale on the TT-02 entry level touring car chassis. The TT-02 chassis is the successor to the TT-01 as it incorporates many new features to make it even easier for the new R/C kit builder to assemble and learn from. The TT-02 chassis performs well as cornering and overall speed has been enhanced to take advantage of new electronics available on the market.
